In 2016, MBL disrupted the traditional organization hierarchical model and designed the Groups Model as an opportunity for each of our employees to engage in as well as lead initiatives of their own choosing. The initiatives are representative of projects where employees can develop new skills and leverage existing talents to support MBL’s operations through innovation and the exploration of new ideas.




























​MBL’s groups are driven by the idea that each MBLer has something of value to contribute to the company, and that his contribution often extends beyond their day-to-day job responsibilities. We do not limit participation to social event planning (although we do have a group for that) or administrative support. We have employee-driven groups focused on professional capabilities and personal interests.
