Israel has over 22 years of consulting and project management experience spanning the fields of information technology, cybersecurity, and operational resilience. He has spent much of his career supporting Federal, State and Commercial entities and has extensive experience working with senior leadership, technical and non-technical personnel. Israel is MBL’s lead of Cyber services across multiple markets and engagements.
Israel is an avid sports fan that enjoys attending live sports. He refuses to admit that stadium seats are uncomfortable and follows the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, Washington, Nationals, NY Giants, Oakland Raiders. He is also a music fan who enjoys attending live music events and playing #1 fan to his wife’s local bluegrass band.
Senior Manager, Operational Resilience
Hank has over 11 years of program management experience supporting both federal and commercial clients within the IT industry areas of cyber security, privacy, and physical security. Currently, Hank is MBL’s Operational Resilience lead heading the charge of MBL’s support for clients of MBL’s physical security services. Additionally, Hank is MBL’s Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Program Manager managing the team of MBL staff that support the VA, and he is MBL’s Community Service Group Coordinator. He is an avid runner and can be found most days training for a ridiculously long distance races, or collecting rare small batch and single barrel bourbons.

Bryan has over 19 years of IT experience focusing on a wide range of management, business and technical competencies, with an emphasis on secure design, planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide networked solutions and systems. Bryan is a Program Management SME with expertise leading complex and large department level cyber programs. Bryan is a former U.S. Marine, semi-retired rugby player, and Navy Midshipmen zealot.
Senior Proposal Manager
Angie is a Senior Proposal Manager with 18 years experience leading multi-partner and cross-functional teams in preparing compelling and substantial solicitation responses for both government and commercial clients. Some her notable wins include VAT4NG, GSA’s VETS 2 GWAC, NIH CIO-SP3 Ramp On, and NASA’s SEWP V. At MBL, Angie manages MBL’s capture and win strategies, coordinates and develops proposal responses, and is steering our repeatable growth practices across the company. When not camped in front of her computer, Angie enjoys putting stakes in the ground to experience the great outdoors with her family.
Director, People Strategy

Danielle has over 16 years of professional experience and specializes in program and project management, governance, FISMA compliance, and the performance of security and privacy program reviews. She is dedicated to the "strategy of people", which includes the evolution of recruiting, human resources, and professional development capabilities on behalf of MBL Technologies. Danielle is New Jersey native with a passion for her home state. She is also a vintage clothing and furniture aficionado who can put Antiques Roadshow to shame.

Denis possesses 18 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing audit-defensible security, continuity, and resilience programs across the Federal government. As a Director at MBL, Denis oversees all aspects of both Business Operations and Client Services, including Business Development, Security, IT Operations, and Contracts/Project Management. Active across industry with both ASIS International and ISC2, Denis leverages the best practices, experiences, and network gained from this participation to better inform solutions tailored to the requirements of clients and MBL internal operations alike. Outside of work, Denis is an avid runner and an enthusiastic and unequivocally tall youth lacrosse coach.
Matt is MBL’s CEO, Co-Founder, and a U.S. Navy veteran. He has over 16 years of IT experience with an emphasis on enterprise platform development. He also has expertise leading project teams in software development and systems engineering projects through the full system development life cycle.Matt is a diehard fan of the Washington Capitals. You can find him “rocking the red” for the team most weekends.
Senior Manager, Cloud Security

Bill is an Air Force veteran with over 17 years of cybersecurity experience supporting multi-million dollar cyber projects such as the Marine Corps Data Center, Guard Net, and the Presidential Helicopter. Bill manages MBL’s cloud security and 3PAO services. He loves playing golf, the great New York Yankees and has a goal to eat at every Ruth Chris on the planet (47 down…).
Senior Manager, Privacy Programs

Monika has over 10 years of experience supporting government and commercial clients in the growth of their privacy and policy programs. Her areas of expertise include HIPAA privacy and security, information security, project management, and developing and administering public policy for state, federal, and international organizations. Monika currently manages the CMS Data Privacy Safeguard Program (DPSP) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Privacy Officer Professionalization Training (POPT). Monika is MBL’s Communications Lead managing all of MBL’s social media outlets, communication materials, blog, and more. Monika is an avid traveler and loves learning new languages. She can say “hello”, “thank you” and “Please help. I am lost.” in over 10 languages.

Courtney has more than 18 years of experience as a trusted cybersecurity subject matter expert and advisor. She has managed both private and public sector portfolios with a focus on achieving strategic results while defining and implementing tailored solutions spanning numerous security disciplines. With two small kids at home, Courtney doesn’t consider herself to be “fun” anymore, but her interests in travel, painting, and passion for cooking would suggest otherwise.
