This important month of April recognition was established
as a way to underscore the vital role children play in the
military community. Members of MBL and the Community

On Wednesday October 24th, the Community Service Group held an event at Continental Pool Lounge in Arlington, VA. This event supported not one but TWO wonderful and deserving causes: Ellie's Hats and Belvedere Elementary School. We collected TONS of warm, winter hats for Ellie's Hats & plenty of bags of Halloween candy for Belvedere Elementary School. Thank you to everyone who participated!
In the spirit of Back to School season, on September 12, 2018, MBL held a fundraising event for DC Public Schools. MBL employees and families raised money and donated school supplies. The Community Service group had a goal of $500 and our staff's generosity doubled it! In sum, MBL raised $1,100 for the DC schools AND we donated a nice pile of school supplies.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Every year, MBL Technologies supports an organization for our holiday giving campaign. This year, we are supporting Warrior Scholar Project, an organization in the DC Metro area that prepares veterans to enter a four-year university program by hosting a two-week, intensive preparation program. Donations fund course materials, room and board, instructors, and tutors. To make a donation please visit the following site.
MBL was thrilled to join Red Team Consulting for their annual
golf event benefiting Hope for Henry- an organization
reinventing how hospitals care for seriously ill children through
innovative programs. It wasn't the best golf weather, so we are
reminding ourselves that the importance of the cause is more
important than our score! Thanks, Red Team for a great event!
