Internships
Employee success is one of our cornerstones and it extends to our internship program. We encourage students of all levels to bring their ambition to MBL Technologies.
We know how hard it is to get your foot in the door for an entry-level position that requires 1-3 years of experience. This is why we offer different tracks to help students gain hands-on experience and on-the-job training during their internship. Some of our internship opportunities include:
IT, Technology & Business
The IT, Technology, & Business Internship is designed for rising freshmen and sophomores. Interns will be exposed to a variety of different client services while growing their skills, empowering their curiosity, accelerating their ambition, grooming their professionalism, and celebrating their diversity.
Cybersecurity
The Cybersecurity Internship is designed for rising Juniors and Seniors with a curiosity for protecting digital data in today’s market. Through on-the-job tasks and projects, interns will learn the art of protecting networks, systems, data, and devices from unauthorized access. Additionally, they will discover what is takes to build the practice of ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. Interns will be exposed to system security plans, security assessment plans, plans of action & milestones, and security assessment reports.
Data Privacy
The Data Privacy Internship is designed for rising Juniors and Seniors with a curiosity for protecting data in the workplace. Interns will discover what is takes to ensure compliance with Federal privacy laws through exposure to Privacy Threshold Assessments (PTAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), and privacy control assessments.

- You will interview with the hiring manager.
- We will extend an offer to join the MBL Technologies Internship Program.
Resume Assistance
Prior to meeting with the hiring manager for an interview, the internship coordinator will assist the internship candidate in tailoring their resume for the position. This includes recommending training and webinars in the related field that will prepare them for their internship.
Upon completion of the internship, members of the MBL team will coach the intern on resume best practices, and how to update their resume to include their completed internship.
